26th Annual Fishing Frenzy
The St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce will host its 26th Annual Fishing Frenzy presented by Geico Local Office, May 7th-14th in Fort Pierce with exciting new changes!
This year the annual Dolphin-only fishing tournament will be kicking off at the May 6th Friday Fest with registration and tournament supply materials. Participants will then have a week’s worth of weather to bring in the winning Dolphin starting May 7th through May 13th from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
Each day of the tournament, the Chamber will post a code word at 6 a.m. To weigh-in, participants must record a video of themselves measuring the fish with the official Fishing Frenzy tape measurer, provided at tournament pick-up, their boat number and the current day’s code word. All MUST be visible in the video submission. Participants must then post their videos within the allotted timeframe, 6 a.m. – 3 p.m., on Facebook or Instagram tagging the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce AND include the hashtag #FishingFrenzy2022.
This offshore Dolphin fishing tournament offers $16,000.00 in cash and prizes, with a $10,000.00 Grand Prize for the biggest Dolphin.
